Before onboarding opens
Launch documents must describe how ActLume actually operates.
A generic SaaS template is not enough. The final documents must identify the operator, service, data roles, providers, regions, commercial terms, and support process.
The production release must publish, as applicable:
- effective service and acceptable-use terms;
- operator identity and legal contact details;
- privacy notice, data-processing terms, and subprocessor information;
- security, residency, transfer, retention, and support disclosures;
- approved pricing, tax, invoice, renewal, and cancellation terms.

Check the law and current official guidance first.
ActLume’s public overview is an aid to understanding the planned workflow. Organisations remain responsible for determining which rules apply and for obtaining advice appropriate to their products, role, establishment, and facts.
Provider guidance can change. Review the current ENISA and European Commission material alongside the controlling regulation before acting on a summary.
